01Shipping
Standard orders arrive within 5 business days. Need it faster? Choose Express at checkout for next-day delivery on orders placed before 15:00.
Yes — shipping is free on all orders over €25 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium only.
02Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return your cap, no questions asked. It just needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
No need to email us — log in to your account, find your order, and select "Start a return." Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Yes — but exchanges are handled by email rather than through your account. Email hello@capslock.com with your order number and the colour you'd like.
03Sizing
Every CAPSLOCK cap is one size, adjustable from 55cm to 61cm, so it fits most adult head sizes.
Yes — with a medium crown height. The metal buckle strap lets you fine-tune the fit either way.
04Payment
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and Shop Pay at checkout.
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
